Introduction to Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy has many applications, among which are: back problems, headaches or migraines, or stress. With this therapy that acts on the skull joints in an effective and non-invasive way, it helps to regain balance, which in turn enables the body’s self-healing process to be activated.

Cranial osteopathy (which is also called sacrocranial osteopathy or craniosacral therapy) is an osteopathic technique.
What exactly is cranial osteopathy based on?
It is a rhythmic contraction-expansion mechanism of the brain, which is what allows cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) to circulate easily. With cranial osteopathy, balance is restored and pain is treated by releasing the structures.
